Energy healing is wonderful. It is both relaxing and energising. It balances us and helps our body’s natural healing, raising our feeling of well-being. It can help with physical aches and pains as it complements modern medicine. Energy healing is particularly good at helping us get a good night’s sleep and helping with emotions.

Services – I offer Angelic and Usui Reiki, Energy Healing, Crystal Healing, Oracle Cards with Ribbon Readings, and Aromatherapy.

What does it feel like? Different folk have different experiences, some see colours, some visions, others see nothing, some feel tingles or temperature changes, some feel that knot of tension has gone, or they feel more flexible. Some may get ideas pop up or hear music, some folk simply feel more relaxed.

Distance and Remote Healing – One amazing thing about all forms of energy healing is that it can be done remotely. We link energetically, just like radio waves or downloading from the internet. This allows for full healings, from the comfort of your own home. It is really powerful and works.

Online Readings – Oracle Cards and Ribbon Readings are fabulous online or by video call, or even by telephone. I can message pictures of the cards for you, to have lovely pictures to meditate on.

Crystals are beautiful gifts of Nature. They bring an extra dimension and make it fun and colourful. As with Reiki, Crystal energies can be sent when remote healing. I have a wide selection of crystals. I will provide you with a tailor-made list of recommended crystals specially for you, to try at home.

Aromatherapy – More wonders of Nature are the whole medicine chest that are essential oils. These compliment all therapies. When in person, we will use essential oil mists, atomiser and drops on the pillowcase. When remote healing, I will suggest essential oils especially beneficial for you as aromas.

Therapy Room – Come and relax in the therapy room. I live on Hayling Island, close to the sea, with easy parking. Treatments can be laying down or in a reclining chair. Hands may be placed on shoulders, feet, or knees, or be completely hands off, depending upon how I am guided and what you are happy with. All treatments are individually suited to you.

My Reiki Journey – started by receiving Reiki in 1999. I trained in Usui Reiki from 2008, in Angelic Reiki from 2019, and Energy healing from 2020. I started training in Crystal Healing, Oracle Card readings and Aromatherapy in 2020, although I have used all three personally for many years. I have had amazing teachers, each with their own vibrations and wisdom, so that I can offer these lovely treatments to you.
